ŽIŽKOVSKÉ PAVLAČE
Unique project Žižkov Pavilion presents new apartments in a residential complex in Prague's Žižkov. The project, adjacent to the Vítkov Park, is an exceptional unusual combination of historical and modern architecture, which sensitively fits into the existing buildings of classical Prague apartment buildings from the late 19th century.
The Žižkov Pavlače development project consists of a set of several apartment buildings that will impress with their sophisticated architecture and the ability to respect and enrich existing buildings. The original historical buildings are sensitively preserved in the project, complemented by current building technologies that are part of the complex of modern buildings. This created an exceptional project that will appeal to lovers of different architectural styles. The Žižkov gallery will be an environmentally and energy-efficient building.
The project offers a total of 141 apartments or studios with layouts ranging from 1 + kk to 4 + kk, situated from the 1st floor to the 8th floor. The units will also include a cellar. The project did not forget the commercial and non-residential premises, which will be located mainly on the ground floor. Two underground floors are reserved for parking.
